Zora Dora

Sometimes you run out of ways to beat the heat and simply have to flee it, which we recently did, heading for Beacon, the popular NYC-day trip destination in the Hudson Highlands. And to keep extra cool, we stopped at Zora Dora for some delicious paletas. The coconut and lime was initially super-sharp (lots of zesty zest), but the more we licked, the more coconut we got, and more coconut is always welcome. We also went for a milk paleta, this one combining banana, pistachios, and chocolate chips into one of the tastiest treats in --- er, out of --- town.
