Cake Man Raven

Cake Man Raven does one thing really, really well. It's not encouraging his staff to be friendly or building an inviting storefront --- it's making red velvet cake, moist slabs held together by thick cream cheese frosting, practically bursting out of its plastic container.

Thanks! Let us know what you think. There's definitely something to be said for doing one thing (on the day we went, they had only had red velvet cake), and doing it really well . . .
