David's Brisket House

We'd eat at David's Brisket House for the New Yorkiness of its story alone: owned and run by a Yemeni Muslim family, this Bed-Stuy restaurant specializes in Jewish food like pastrami, corned beef, and hefty Reubens. The fact that the sandwiches are awesome only heightens our pleasure at grabbing a seat in the wood-paneled, no frills dining area and clogging our arteries.
