Apex at AMNH

 

Some 150 million years ago, this creature roamed what is now Colorado, on the lookout for predators, plants, and prospective mates. Now it's at the American Museum of Natural History, all 27 feet of it, one of the most impressive Stegosaurus fossils ever discovered.
