The Green Table

An offshoot of The Cleaver Co. store inside Chelsea Market, The Green Table is a tiny restaurant devoted to the big goals of sustainability and local sourcing. This ambition translates to a crudite plate with greenmarket vegetables, cubes of organic feta cheese, and delicious housemade spreads.



More surprisingly, it also translates to a novel and delicious burger, one made from a mix of beef and pork that's been wrapped in bacon and slathered with kimchi. It was a sloppy plate of spicy goodness.
