If two makes a trend, Cascabel is part of a trend of Mexican-wrestling-themed restaurants. We don't know a thing about Mexican wrestling, nor do we understand why you would want to be surrounded by its accoutrements while eating, but the creamy guacamole, hearty huevos revueltos, and spicy carnitas tacos were a culinary body slam.
