When it’s too hot to eat, slurp. A nice soup serves as the perfect antidote to long, sweaty days. And we’re not talking about pureed ice cream, although that does make for a pleasant soupy treat. Here are five of our favorite, most refreshing summer soups, four chilled and one not.
