Homer Simpson famously asked, "Donuts: Is there anything they can't do?" The answer
seems to be a resounding no. Having recovered from the insulin shock brought on
at the Doughnut Plant a few weeks ago, we made our way to Bed-Stuy to taste the goodies on offer at Dough. They focus exclusively on yeast donuts, and though the shop could barely hold the four people in line ahead of us, they have a wide assortment of creative flavors. We tried Nutella, lemon poppy, coconut and almond, and graham cracker cheesecake. The coconut, unfortunately, didn't taste of coconut, but the other three --- particularly the flavor bomb lemon poppy --- made us seriously consider getting seconds. Then we remembered that we have important appointments that we can't be dead for.
