Bear Donut

 

Since The Doughnut Project closed a few months back (RIP), we've been on a mission to find reliably delicious donuts in a range of fun flavors. Pictured are two of Bear Donut's signatures: the "brionut" (bottom right), which is part brioche and part donut, kind of like a white bread, and oozing with effervescent cream, and the mochi donut (everything else), which is chewier and softer than your standard donut.
