Chicken Apple Pistachio Sausage from Quattro's Game Farm

For the past few Thanksgivings, we've purchased our turkey from Quattro's, but it wasn't until yesterday that we tried one of the farm's other offerings, a chicken apple pistachio sausage that could also have included "cinnamon," "autumnal," "warming," and "perfect for lunch on a rainy Saturday with a side of asparagus and nutty pilaf" in its name.
