Cantoon Garden

Packed with locals, beloved by foodies, and lit like a dentist's office, Cantoon Garden is a perfect example of a good Chinatown restaurant. They're known for their seafood --- like the garlic shrimp below, and the lobster on half the tables in there --- but they do everything well, including a slow burn Szechuan chicken.




While there, we were outed by a pair of friendly diners, who sent us this note via a very confused waiter. We couldn't agree more.
