Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant's
Digester Eggs, responsible for processing 1.5 million gallons of sludge every day, in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Yes, friends, we're talking about poo. The slight aroma and near-constant mechanical humming were worth it for the stunning views of city, sky, and industry.
