Mark di Suvero Sculptures on Governors Island

On view through the end of September on Governors Island, massive, monstrous, metal sculptures by Mark di Suvero. This weekend there's an event in conjunction with Poets House: poetry, art, sunshine, grass, the Manhattan skyline in the distance . . . sounds like a pretty good time.
