Newtown Creek Armada

Here's a recipe for late-summer fun: take a bunch of artists, a toxic creek, and some remote-controlled boats with miniature cameras attached, add them all together, and invite the public to come out and play. The Newtown Creek Armada will sail four more times in September, so you'll have ample opportunity to fight little kids for a chance at the helm.
