Xie Xie

Xie xie means "thank you" in Mandarin. So we'd like to begin by saying "xie xie very much" to the fine fellows who made our flavorful sandwiches a few days ago.

Big, big flavors come out of Xie Xie's tiny kitchen --- and the chefs aren't afraid to match bold with bold. To wit, the Vietnamese BBQ, topped with carrot kimchee:

And the Fish Chaca La Vong has onion jam and mayo made from Sriracha.

Beats Subway, no? Yes, yes, it does. We concluded with the "1,000 Year Old" ice cream sandwich, chocolate ice cream between two thin chocolate cookies with a thick vein of caramel.

It didn't taste a day over two. Xie xie, xie xie very much!
