Bee's Knees Baking Co.

 
These wee treats pack quite a bit of flavor into their diminutive packaging --- in our case,  moist, slightly spicy chai cake with orange and cream cheese frosting (at left) and sweet vanilla cake with raspberry jam and white chocolate frosting (at right). They're called "cake cups," and they're found at Bee's Knees Baking Co. in the Village, which seeks to bridge the gap between decadent desserts and portability. Go ahead, then, and have two. You'll probably burn off the calories just carrying them around.
