Roz Chast at DFN Projects

 

Roz Chast is a national treasure. Few artists working today, in any medium, can compete with her ability to portray a certain kind of anxiety, a certain type of attitude, a certain set of concerns. Her exhibition at DFN Projects is tiny, with just a handful of drawings (many previously published in The New Yorker) and some original embroidery. But she packs a big message into the few works on view.
